Insurance Info
Prior to your appointment, please check in at the registration desk and have your insurance cards ready for billing purposes. This will help to minimize any potential issues during the billing process. Please note that your insurance provider may cover some or all of the medical services you receive, but you may receive multiple statements for certain procedures. For example, if you undergo a lab test at an external facility, you may receive a statement from the doctor’s office as well as another one from the outside facility.
For billing inquiries not related to New York Gynecologic Endometriosis (NYGE), please contact the respective facility directly.
Insurance Processing
As a courtesy, we will submit claims to your insurance company, but you are responsible for paying any remaining fees. To ensure timely processing of insurance claims, please provide us with accurate and up-to-date information, including changes in your name, address, phone number, or insurance details. Kindly notify our office of any updates.
